Product Introduction
The Porcelain Disc Suspension Insulator is the most common and important type of wiring. This product is composed of iron caps and other accessories assembled by cement. The surface of the spindle and iron cap in contact with the cement is coated with a thin cushioning layer, usually asphalt, and there is an elastic liner between the top of the spindle and the porcelain body. The surface of this product is generally brown and gray glazed, and the iron caps and spindles are hot-dipped galvanized. Nothing is more surprising than the fact that our product has the advantages of small size and light weight. As well as being very easy to transport and maintain. Compared with other products, it can reduce the weight by 1/3 with the same number of pieces. This reduces the labor intensity of installation and the weight-bearing pressure of the tower. On the tension-resistant string can well withstand the bending distance and slow down the periodic impact force on the tower damage.

The Porcelain Disc Suspension Insulator has excellent flash resistance. As the silicone rubber sheath has excellent water repellent property and water repellent migration, it improves the working frequency wet flash voltage and dirt resistance. And also has good weathering self-cleaning ability, when the dirt accumulates slowly, especially in dusty environment, the performance is more and more excellent. This can meet the heavy pollution area operating line creepage distance requirements, but also can effectively prevent transmission line foul flash tripping accident, to ensure the safe operation of the transmission line.
